What you choose to provide

The request form collects contact information, project location, project details, and any estimate context you send with it. Roofer and sponsorship forms collect the business and service-area details you enter. Required consent explains follow-up at the point of submission.

Manual calculations happen in your browser until you send a project request. When address suggestions are enabled, the street address you type is sent to Google Places after a short pause. Selecting a suggestion fills City and ZIP; both remain editable. We do not store suggestion queries, Places session tokens or place IDs. Google processes those lookups under its Privacy Policy. When you request an address check and the Google connection is configured, the address, city and ZIP are sent to Google for geocoding and detected roof data. If the connection is unavailable, no automatic roof measurement is returned; you can continue with a measurement you already have. When aerial imagery is enabled, Google’s photo and roof mask are processed temporarily to show the detected building. The photo and mask stay in memory for this viewing session and are not saved with your request, published as site assets or placed in browser storage. Photo and roof-area data can have different capture dates, which are shown separately.

How we use your information

Submitted forms are stored privately for review. Sending a project or business application does not automatically forward contact details to roofers, sponsors, advertisers, or Google. An address check is a separate action, described above. A saved receipt confirms that your request was recorded.

A saved Google source snapshot contains only detected area and limited imagery and match metadata, never the raw provider response. The snapshot has a 30-day retention limit; the private purge removes its detected area and provider metadata. Contact and project records are separate and remain stored until removed. Do not include payment-card data, identity documents, or other sensitive material in a project description.
