The estimate is a reference
The range uses either roof area you enter or checked Google-detected roof area, with a versioned planning model of material and installation inputs and explicitly labeled allowances. Each contractor independently sets its operations, scope, prices and contract terms. It is not a retail quote, a bid, an inspection, a warranty, a price guarantee, or a professional determination of roof condition. Verify measurement, site conditions, product, and scope with a roofer.
A request does not book work
Saving a project request does not assign a contractor, schedule a visit, establish service availability, or form a construction contract. Requests are held for review rather than automatically forwarded. Any work requires a separate agreement with the contractor.
Participation needs its own terms
Roofer applications and city-sponsorship interest are requests for discussion. They do not buy a membership, reserve a city, establish exclusivity, guarantee leads, or grant use of an embedded tool. Commercial terms and any website integration must be agreed separately.
